Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft plans tailored to each client’s unique space.
  • Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional requirements of the design.
  • Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces being designed.
  • Develop comprehensive floor plans illustrating how the new design will integrate into the existing space.
  • Meet with clients to discuss budget details, design requirements, and project completion timelines.


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
  • Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
