Job Title: Assistant Manager-HR

Experience Required: 3 to 7 years of experience

Responsibilities:

1.     Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

2.     Act as a point of contact for smooth functioning and addressing the issues related to the time office (Attendance) management, payroll, and HR desk, Leave Management, etc

3.     Process owner for all Record Management pertaining to Employee’s Personnel Files,

4.     Managing POSH Committee, Fire Safety & First Aid Compliance,                                                                                                                                                                                                      

5.     Management, Office Notices & Display Board,

6.     Issuing appointment letter

7.     Responsible for On-roll worker recruitment, initial screening, Verify Documents

8.     Responsible for On-roll worker Onboarding, joining formalities, maintaining personnel file

9.     Performance Management System Managing & Executing the PMS process right from KPI formulation to review process

10.  Conducting Quarterly employee surveys to measure Employee Satisfaction & taking necessary action to drive the same higher.

11.  Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, dress code, timing, etc.) and keep employee handbooks current

12.  Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (Staff- personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

13.  Manage time office and ensure 100% adherence to error-free timely payroll processing

14.  Manage on-roll Staff and on-roll worker payroll across multiple branches

15.  Collect data of employee incentives, overtime, referral bonuses, deduction, salary advances, etc and process it through payroll and maintain tracker for the same  

16.  Maintain the Saral Payroll / HR Desk and INOUT software’s, ensuring it is updated at all time

17.  Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

18.  Handling payroll bonus, leaves, etc

19.  Payroll updates including new hires, terminations, Resigns and changes to pay rates and maintain accurate data and report

20.  maintaining Leave Management

21.  Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

22.  Ensuring compliance with state and local payroll, wage laws, and internal policies

23.  Facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

24.  Identifying and recommending updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.

25.  Maintaining current HR files and databases

26.  Strong In statutory compliance -PF, ESI, PT, contract Labour, Returns, Licence renewals,

27.  Resolving issues and answering payroll-related questions

28.  Processing staff confirmation, maintaining tracker, and issuing letters

29.  To support in the implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees on the extension of probation/during the year.

30.  Handling full & final settlement

31.  conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee’s exit from the firm, and tracking status of full & final settlement.

32.  Preparing different letters as per requirement

33.  Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.

34.  Maintain records of wage register, leave register, attendance register, Bonus, etc

35.  Review and improve payroll policies and procedures.

36.  Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.

37.  Maintain records relating to peoples pay and statutory reports which are conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations

38.  Processing HR-related invoices for payment

39.  Post payroll transaction, ensure appropriate monthly reconciliations as per the payroll calendar.

40.  Coordinate with inter-department to address & resolve compliance-related discrepancies.

41.  Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews

42.  Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.

43.  Candidate Must be from Factory or manufacturing industry experience

44.  Qualification-MSW/MBA in HR
