Responsibilities:


  • Greeting Office Visitors by, welcoming, and directing them appropriately direct visitors to the correct person
  • Maintain reception area clean and organized.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers,
  • Compose letters, memos, and emails
  • Screen documents, perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.

  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.

  • Makes catering arrangements for meetings and visitors by ordering and arranging lunches and arranging tea and coffee as requested. Requests assistance when required.
  • Controls stationery and first aid box stock levels

  • Maintains noticeboard outside the lunchroom
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
