Job Title: Admin Executive
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience
Location: Hyderabad
The main job responsibility of an administrator is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in an organization and act as a connecting link between the senior management and the employees.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
· Managing and coordinating the maintenance, transport, security, housekeeping, and canteen.
· Oversee all the infrastructure requirements and coordinate with the building/room owners for maintenance and other infrastructure development activities.
· To ensure the statutory liabilities and timely renewal & tracking of Trade License, Factory License, and other Government compliances.
· Work along with the HR and Finance departments to develop, review and improve policies, systems, and procedures for streamlining the operations of the organization.
· Documentation, monitoring, and tracking of all admin-related files.
· Vehicle procurement, maintenance, and other Govt. regulatory filing & submissions.
· Travel and accommodation arrangements
· Manage contracts and price negotiation with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraints
· Liaise with facility management vendors including transportation, cleaning, electrical, civil and security services.
· Support and assist the management in planning and budgeting.
1. support for attendance:
a) To collect attendance daily basis and need to send absent report
b) To inform details of long leaves
c) To inform details of Emergency leaves
d) To report abscond details
e) To update on misuse of attendance (missed attendance reason, nonpunching, etc)
2. Joining formalities:
3. To collect all the documents (Mentioned in the offer letter)
4. To process joining forms
5. To arrange coordination with HR for further process
6. Follow-up for Attendance process
7. Coordination with workers and immediate update to HR for any requirement.
8. To keep follow-up Salary/wages (any query should be updated to HR)
9. Any other Hr support like arranging for traveling/ Opening bank A/c/ Birthday or any other celebration/any other HR related meeting / Statutory requirement etc.
