Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in the IT domain, focusing on the US market. This role requires working closely with clients and candidates to ensure the best talent fit while meeting organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.

Understand client requirements by analyzing job descriptions and determining key skills and qualifications needed.

Engage with candidates to build relationships, understand their career aspirations, and match them with appropriate opportunities.

Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Ø Qualification: Minimum HSC pass out

Ø Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) – Most Important

Ø Basic Computer Knowledge

Ø US Shifts

Ø 5 days’ Work-Week

Ø Saturday, Sunday fixed off
