Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Retention & Acquisition Specialist to build strong relationships with existing salon owners while acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing salon owners to ensure continued business.
• Regularly check in with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

New Client Acquisition:

• Identify and reach out to potential salon owners to introduce our services and portal.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of our portal.
• Follow up with leads and close deals effectively.

Onboarding & Support:

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Assist salon owners in understanding and utilizing our services effectively.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Female candidate preferred with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Experience in sales, client management, or the salon industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and provide top-notch customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
