Job Roll: Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented IT professionals who are on the bench and connecting them with suitable projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing consultants on projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with IT professionals who are on the bench and actively looking for new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and suitability for available projects.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and match candidates accordingly.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with candidates and clients.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates to candidates on the status of their submissions and interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of consultants placed on projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and market trends.
• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Fresher & Experience Both Can Apply

Shift: US Shift(Night)

Off from work: Saturday’s and Sundays (fixed)

Salary: Upto 25k (Depends on Interview process & experience + performance incentives)

Educational Certifications:

Higher senior secondary passed out is a must (must have all the relevant documents for academics and if they carry relevant experience)
