Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards and professional networks.
• Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions to attract candidates.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Interaction: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
• Recruitment Support: Assist senior recruiters with hiring needs and strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
