JOB DESCRIPTION:

•  Manage a team of Area Sales Manager & execute the partner School growth acquisition strategy for the Company. 
• Manage the entire preschool sales process. 
• Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Existing Preschools to provide LMS and curriculum support. 
• Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches. ∙ Be able to connect with preschool owners and influence them to pitch the proposition ∙
• To complete sales administration and compliance by: 
• Managing and updating Lead Management System. 
• Meeting daily market visit norms. 
• Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management 
• Validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement. 
• Set quarterly/monthly targets for the sales team 
• Have meetings with customers to understand their future plan, pain-points and to resolve issues
