Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Architect and PMC Relationships

Position Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Business Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager/Regional Sales Head

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at Sanah Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, you will be the face of our company in building meaningful relationships with architects, Project Management Consultant (PMC) companies, and other stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying business opportunities, fostering trust, and positioning SIPL as a preferred partner for tenders and collaborations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with the ability to inspire trust and confidence among primary decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, PMC companies, and other key decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for these stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
  1. Tender Identification and Acquisition:

  • Research and identify tender opportunities that align with Architeca’s services and strengths.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit compelling proposals.
  1. Networking and Outreach:

  • Attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent Architeca and expand the network of potential partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to architect firms and PMC offices to strengthen rapport.
  1. Market Research and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential leads and opportunities.
  1. Brand Representation:

  • Present Architeca’s offerings, capabilities, and success stories in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Ensure that every interaction reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
  1. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and successful project execution.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  1. New Relationships Built:

  • Establish connections with a minimum of 10 new architects or PMC companies per quarter.
  1. Tender Success Rate:

  • Achieve at least a 20% success rate in acquiring tenders or collaborative projects.
  1. Client Retention:

  • Maintain relationships with 90% of existing primary customers (architects/PMCs).
  1. Meetings Conducted:

  • Schedule and attend at least 15 meetings or site visits per month with potential stakeholders.
  1. Revenue Contribution:

  • Directly influence 10% of the total revenue generated from tenders and collaborations.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, tender processes, and architectural collaborations is an added advantage.
