Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and sourcing new products and vendors.
• Conduct online research to find potential suppliers and product options.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement.
• Maintain and update sourcing data in Excel and internal databases.
• Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with the team to manage procurement processes and vendor relations.
• Stay updated on market trends and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• Internet-friendly – comfortable with online research and digital tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel – basic data handling and reporting.
