Job Summary:

Arcedior is seeking a passionate Interior Designer & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in interior design but is also interested in project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior projects while ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create and present design proposals, mood boards, and layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Handle material selection, furniture sourcing, and vendor coordination for project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, design aesthetics, and project timelines.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or project coordination.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of materials, furniture, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
