About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Interior Designer / Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations and provide a premium experience to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to showcase their interior design expertise while driving sales in a luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, understand their design preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.

Interior Design Expertise: Offer design solutions, including furniture selection, layout planning, and material choices, aligning with clients’ needs and style.

Relationship Management:

• Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Showroom Management:

• Maintain the overall presentation and organization of the showroom to ensure a welcoming and professional ambiance.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate with the team for stock updates.

Coordination: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to luxury furniture and interiors.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-profile clients.
• Proficiency in design tools and software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, presentable, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
