Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver online training programs to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and excellent online training delivery skills.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver online Salesforce training programs to clients

- Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, student guides, and instructor guides

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify client requirements

- Design and deliver customized training programs to meet client needs

- Evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and best practices

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce training or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

- Excellent online training delivery skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners

- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have:

- Salesforce certification (e.g. Administrator, Developer)

- Experience with Salesforce Trailhead

- Knowledge of other CRM systems

- Experience with online learning platforms and tools
