Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order processing, quotation generation, and product inquiries.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
• Maintain organized sales records and report results to the management team as needed.
• Communicate proficiently with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries or issues.
• Maintain and update customer databases and order in CRM systems.
• Follow up on pending quotations, inquiries, and payment collections with customers.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment.
