Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Tester with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing and re-test fixed issues.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, and usability standards.
• Work with Agile development teams to improve software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in software testing.
• Basic understanding of manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG).
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman is a plus).
• Good understanding of cross-browser and mobile testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
