Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and, optionally, MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end systems.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Implement data protection and security measures.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript 
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL. (knowledge of MongoDB is a plus).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Basic understanding of Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications (+1):

• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of microservices-based architecture.
