Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in blue collar recruitment processes to efficiently manage the recruitment lifecycle in the hospitality sector (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient understanding of facility management practices for the seamless operation within hospitality environments (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry to align HR strategies with industry standards and company goals (Mandatory skill).
- Proven experience in recruitment operations including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ability to efficiently handle payroll processing ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Competence in attendance management systems to maintain accurate employee attendance records and reporting.
- Experience with HRIS for maintaining and managing employee records and facilitating HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills for effective onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.

- Coordinate and execute blue collar recruitment processes, ensuring optimal hiring outcomes to meet business demands.
- Oversee facility management activities to support a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and provide HR support tailored to diverse teams.
- Manage and execute payroll operations accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and company protocols.
- Implement and maintain effective attendance management systems to support organizational reliability and employee accountability.
- Streamline HRIS use across the organization, ensuring accurate employee data management and reporting.
- Facilitate smooth and engaging onboarding processes to enhance new employee experiences and integration.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
