Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Biomedical Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of medical equipment across our facilities.

  • Experience in equipment installation ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience in asset management ensuring all equipment is properly tracked and accounted for.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance to maintain high standards of equipment safety and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail to address technical issues effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and hospital staff.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure medical equipment is operative and safe for use.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding medical equipment promptly and effectively.
  • Installation of new equipment and training staff on its use while adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and documentation for all medical equipment ensuring accurate logs and compliance.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure equipment meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure understanding and proper use of medical equipment.
  • Stay updated with technological advances in biomedical equipment and incorporate new technologies as needed.
