Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Department: Facility Management Service

Reports To: Business Head


Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales & Operations team in ensuring smooth sales operations in a facility management environment. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing sales documentation, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and contracts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


  • Key Responsibilities:Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts, and tracking sales activities.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Vendor Coordination – Identify new vendors and collaborate with them to support client requirements.
  • Sales Reporting: Coordinate with Sales Team to maintain and update sales records, prepare sales reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
  • Documentation and Database Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with clients on proposals, contracts, and feedback, and ensure all client requirements are met promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.


  • Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the facility management or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and customer service principles in a facility management context is a plus.
