Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Fresher)

Lead & Market Research:

• Conduct research to define and segment the ideal target audience for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Build, manage, and update a structured leads database to be used for various business verticals.
• Utilize the lead database for ongoing and future campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.

Existing Customer Data Management:

• Maintain and update existing customer data, ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM.
• Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and update them in CRM.

CRM & Sales Support:

• Manage CRM automation and ensure seamless data flow for sales activities.
• Assist the inside sales team by providing timely data insights and lead lists for prospecting.
