Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for B2B and B2C tie-ups for Apollo Tez Kiosks (Quick Customer Service Format) to be setup at Resident Welfare Associations, Corporate Offices, Clinics, Polyclinics etc
- Setup and Oversee day-to-day operations of the identified pharmacy kiosks
- Drive the categories of Pharma, FMCG, Supplements and Sports through OTC and Omni Channel Sales
- Manage and optimize the supply chain for efficient stock availability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Lead retail sales initiatives and promotional activities
- Coordinate project rollouts and ensure timely execution
- Enhance retail branding and customer experience
- Drive customer service delivery via Apollo 247, Home Care, Home Deliveries, Online Consultation and Health Camps.
- Handle a team of frontline staff to operate and manage the Kiosk’s across the region.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client liaison and issue resolution
