Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Physical Security expert for a full-time position at our Hyderabad location. The role demands a professional with specialized skills in security policy development, incident management, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. As part of the Physical Security team, you will ensure the integrity and safety of our facilities and resources, working within a dynamic aerospace industry environment. Candidates should have experience from ex-servicemen from Defense, BSF, or Paramilitary backgrounds.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong incident management experience with the ability to respond effectively and maintain security standards (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in developing comprehensive security policies to ensure protection and regulatory compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in CCTV surveillance operations, including monitoring and analyzing footage to identify risks (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with perimeter security measures to safeguard facilities and prevent unauthorized access.
• Expertise in visitor management systems to effectively track and monitor physical site access by external individuals.
• Proven ability in implementing and managing intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.
• Knowledge of advanced surveillance operations to enhance detection and monitoring capabilities.
• Experience working with access control systems to regulate entry and egress, ensuring a secure environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with team members and external partners to manage security incidents and emergencies.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of CCTV surveillance to monitor activities and ensure comprehensive security coverage.
• Implement and maintain effective access control systems to prevent unauthorized access to facilities.
• Lead training sessions for staff on security practices and protocols to promote awareness and compliance.
• Evaluate and upgrade security systems and equipment to keep pace with technological advances and risks.
• Compile reports and document incidents or breaches to guide future security strategies and implementations.
