Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Security Officer for our Hyderabad location to oversee the company's security architecture and implement security awareness training. This full-time, mid-level position requires 10 to 15 years of experience in security management. The role will focus on ensuring company security protocols align with industry standards while driving continuous improvement across security initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with security architecture and implementing security strategies in complex environments. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to design and conduct comprehensive security awareness training programs tailored to diverse audiences. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks to guide security policies and procedures.
• Proficient in evaluating and applying threat intelligence to mitigate potential security risks.
• Experience in maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple security domains.
• Proven expertise in governance practices to ensure full alignment with organizational security goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt quickly to changing security landscapes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and convey complex security concepts.
• Should be from Defense, BSF, CRPF, etc. officer cadre.
