Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chartered Accountant to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance. The role demands expertise in managing and analyzing financial data to ensure statutory compliance and provide strategic insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in financial reporting and statutory compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial statements (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with ERP Systems to integrate and streamline financial operations across the organization.
• Strong understanding of the general ledger system to oversee and maintain accurate financial records.
• Competence in managing accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Knowledge of taxation laws to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Ability to identify operational improvements and promote process efficiencies within the financial department.
• Experience in risk management to assess financial risks and implement effective strategies for mitigation.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Ensure timely adherence to statutory compliance and financial reporting requirements.
• Conduct audits of financial transactions and perform regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and ensure all transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Support the taxation process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
