We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and

drive sales and growth! As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential

learners and guiding them through their educational journey.

Industry: EdTech

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with Learners: Spend a minimum of 120 minutes daily talking to potential

learners to understand their needs and offer solutions.

● Host Virtual Sessions: Conduct 1-2 virtual sessions each day, lasting at least 60

minutes each, to guide learners through their options.

● Follow Up Smartly: Make 4-5 calls per lead and connect with at least 40% of your

leads daily to ensure effective follow-ups.

● Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed your weekly sales targets to drive

business growth.

Integration and Collaboration:

● Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with team members to support sales and

marketing initiatives and improve learner engagement.

● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities to

track progress and provide insights.

Optimization and Automation:

● Sales Optimization: Continuously refine sales strategies to improve effectiveness

and meet targets.

● Process Automation: Utilise tools and software to streamline sales processes and

enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education

sector.

● Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving

targets.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

● English Proficiency: Good command of English, both spoken and written.
