RF Design Engineer

Experience.: 3 to 5 years

Location: Chennai - Work from Office

Salary: 10 to 12 LPA

1). Should have enough experience in RF Circuit, MIC & MMIC Design(Power Amplifier, LNA, Switch, Attenuators, Phase Shifter, Mixer, etc).

2) Should have experience in ADS & HFSS Simulation Tools,

3). Should be familar with the process of GaAs, InGaP, SiGe & GaN fabrication, Packaging.

4). Should have experience in Wafer & Bench Level Testin, (Mandatory *: Micro controller)
