📌 Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Dental Implants

🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of dental implants, prosthetics, and surgical kits in the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with implantologists, dental surgeons, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Identify new clients, onboard them, and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular product demos, training sessions, and chairside assistance where required.
• Execute marketing activities, CMEs, and implant workshops in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dental implants or pharma sales (dental division preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
