Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee engagement activities, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
• Manage job postings, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including events, team outings, and celebrations.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels.
• Address employee concerns and provide support for grievance handling.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
