We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girls to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves selling premium Aromatherapy products directly to walk-in customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and introduce them to our range of aromatherapy products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product usage and highlight benefits to influence purchase decisions.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall store presentation.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build repeat business through customer relationship management.
Skills & Requirements

Strong sales and persuasion ability, with a customer-first approach.

Self-driven, confident, and proactive personality.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of sales/retail experience (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
