Role Overview:

As a Junior / Senior Architect, you will collaborate with senior professionals to design and execute innovative and functional spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass all project phases—from concept development to final execution—across residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts, including mood boards, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop for design and visualization.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals effectively.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and manage project files and records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 0–6 years in architectural or interior design roles in residential projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Design Acumen: Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, material selection, and building codes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
