Job Summary: Senior Finishing Engineer (2)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer (Civil) with 8–10 years of experience in managing and executing finishing works for high-end residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities and ensuring timely completion with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and execute interior and exterior finishing activities including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, waterproofing, joinery, and glazing.
• Ensure execution as per architectural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on quality and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement for finishing works.
• Handle snag list rectification, handover documentation, and post-completion support.
• Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and skilled labourers.
• Identify and resolve any design discrepancies or site-related issues during execution.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high-quality output.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards.
• Proven experience in luxury / high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent project coordination, quality control, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and finishing works.
