- Requirement Specifications for After Sales Diagnostic Testers
- End to End Diagnostic Tester Content Engineering for all automotive systems including Engine Management, Electric, Brake, ADAS, Instrumentation, SRS, HVAC etc:
- Analysis of Vehicle Diagnostic Communication Log files and triage
- Simulation of Diagnostics Systems using Simulator tools
- Creation of Diagnostics Workflow specifications and Panels
- Practical knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, J1939, GMLAN, XCP,UDS etc)
- Overview of Diagnostic databases (ODX/CDD)
- Practical exposure to on various tools (Canoe/ Canalyser/ Provitech/Monaco)
- Exposure to Flashing ECUS using various Flashing tools (vFlash, Supplier/OEM specific Tools, etc)
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical architecture
- Well aware of Vehicle sub systems and basic domain (ADAS, CHASSIS, POWERTRAIN, etc) knowledge.
- Shall be a Self-learner and shall have proactive approach
- Good in communication and collaboration with teams and customer interaction
- Trouble shooting of the wiring harness and bench setup.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Interaction with the customers for the diagnostic Tool requirement gathering
- Verification of the Diagnostic tool requirements
- Creation of Diagnostic Tool Requirement Specifications
- Handle the Lab set up and verification activities with versatile approach
- Test management and test strategy creation
- Vehicle testing and Validation
- Triage the filed problems related to Diagnostic Tools

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/EE/E&C
