Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented First Line Manager - Area Business Manager to join our team at Anhox Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities in the assigned area. You will play a key role in achieving our growth targets and expanding our market presence. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the assigned area.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities in the area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
- Train and coach sales representatives to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
