Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tele Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position plays a critical role in driving our business growth by generating leads and nurturing client relationships. The successful candidate will have experience in telemarketing and exhibit strong communication skills, aiming to boost our outreach and enhance client engagement effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies to effectively reach and engage potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Confident objection handling skills to address client concerns and close sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce to manage client information and ensure streamlined communication.
- Understanding of customer segmentation for targeted marketing efforts and efficient resource allocation.
- Strong persuasive communication skills that engage clients and articulate the value of our design solutions.
- Experience with telephony systems to efficiently handle high volumes of calls and maintain quality customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Analytical thinking to assess market trends and adapt strategies to maximize outreach and client acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our wide range of graphic design services.
- Identify and build sustainable relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Engage in active listening to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales progressions, and monitor effectiveness of different outreach strategies.
- Handle objections from clients and identify avenues to re-engage or resolve concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new leads and follow up on existing clients.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and client information for continuity and future reference.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, outcomes, and insights to inform strategy and optimize operations.
