Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior PPC Specialist to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pay-per-click advertising and possess the ability to create and manage effective campaigns across multiple platforms. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Google Ads (Mandatory skill) with the capability to plan and execute targeted campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
• Experience in Facebook Ads Manager (Mandatory skill) for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns across the platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Mandatory skill) to diversify advertising strategies and reach wider audiences.
• Strong ability to use keyword research tools to discover new keyword opportunities and enhance campaign targeting.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization to improve the performance of online advertisements and maximize return on investment.
• Proficient in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic, and deriving insights that inform advertising strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies to identify the most effective advertising messages and creative elements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, enabling comprehensive analysis of advertising data and reporting on campaign performance.
