  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret industry and market trends, providing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Expertise in lead generation strategies to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients, thereby increasing our customer base.
  • Proficiency in market research techniques for a detailed understanding of competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals, mediate client requirements, and manage contract terms to the company's advantage.
  • Experience in using Salesforce to track sales activities, manage opportunities, and optimize workflow processes for efficiency.
  • Exceptional networking proficiency to build professional relationships and partnerships that aid in business expansion efforts.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve set targets and expand Andreal's client base.
  • Identify, research, and establish contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our graphic design solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the design team to craft proposals and presentations that highlight the value and potential of our design services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to company policies and ethics.
  • Utilize CRM and other management tools to track activities, prepare reports, and maintain comprehensive records of business development activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance and forecasts to the senior management team.
