Salary: up to INR 25,000/- + PF + Mediclaim (up to INR 33,000/- + PF + Mediclaim For Noida)

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Land Identification & Acquisition

• Must Have prior experience in Site acquisition for Telecom Sites ( Macro / Micro / Small) with complete knowledge of SR and SO

• Search and identify potential land locations for telecom mobile tower installations in a given Region.

• Conduct thorough due diligence to verify all required land documents.

• Negotiate rental agreements with landlords, ensuring compliance with rental guidelines.

• For the Noida Location Person Must have Team handling experience.

Customer Coordination:

• Present site options to customers and obtain their approval.

• Finalize rental agreements with landlords after customer approval, ensuring alignment with company guidelines. 

Location: This position is based in Noida, with frequent travel required within the region

• Immediate - 15 Days Joiners will be preferred
