We are Hiring Sr. Paediatric Physiotherapist / Clinic Head (M)

Centre Type: Child Development Centre

Qualification: MPT / BPT 

Experience: 4+ Years with any Child Development Centre

Salary: up to 40,000/-

• Must Have Prior experience with a Child Development Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling patient queries 
• Interaction with Parents & their Counseling 
• Billing/ Invoicing and payment collection
• Preparing MIS reports of the Clinic on a daily basis
• Coordinating with corporate teams like operations, marketing, etc. as per the clinic's requirement
• Specialized Experience: Prior experience working with autistic children is mandatory.
• Therapy & Assessment: Assess and implement physiotherapy interventions for children with special needs, including those with ASD, GDD, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental disabilities.
• Individualized Therapy: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children improve, regain, and develop essential skills for daily living.
• Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Identify physical conditions and developmental delays affecting movement and function. Design and execute personalized therapy plans.
• Family Education & Training: Guide and educate families on exercises and activities that support the child's development at home.
• Progress Monitoring: Track, document, and adjust therapy plans based on the child's progress. Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Availability: Immediate joiners (within 15 days) and local or nearby candidates will be given preference.

Requirements:

1. Mandatory experience with autistic children

2. Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy & developmental disabilities

3. Ability to design and adapt individual therapy plans
