Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Child Psychologist who will provide expert psychological support to children while also managing centre operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child psychology, hands-on therapy, and counselling experience, and the ability to oversee centre administration, team coordination, and parent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Psychological Support
• Conduct psychological assessments, therapy sessions, and counselling for children with behavioural, emotional, or developmental challenges.
• Develop individualised intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with therapists, special educators, and healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach.
• Guide parents and caregivers on effective child development strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.).
• Previous experience in centre management or ownership
Centre Management & Administration:
• Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and support a team of therapists, special educators, and support staff.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
• Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation of therapy progress.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort at the centre.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Conduct team meetings and case discussions for continuous improvement.
• Engage with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Organise awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions for parents.
Must Have:
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience with Child Development Centres
• Should be comfortable with travelling.
