Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to implement Salesforce and develop/customise CRM solutions to enhance our sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customise, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

• Develop CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

• Migrate data and ensure system performance.

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.

• Provide end-user training and technical support.

• Salesforce Admin/Developer certification preferred.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations.

• AI integration Skills
