​​Job Locations: Raigarh (Chhattisgarh), Kandivali East(Hospital), Pune, Dehradun, Mysore, Ranchi, Siliguri, Cooch Behar & Sambalpur

Centre Type: Child Development Centre (CDC)

Qualification: BPT 

Experience: 1+ Year

Salary: up to INR 27,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialised Experience: Prior experience working with autistic children is mandatory.
• Therapy & Assessment: Assess and implement physiotherapy interventions for children with special needs, including those with ASD, GDD, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental disabilities.
• Individualised Therapy: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help children improve, regain, and develop essential skills for daily living.
• Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Identify physical conditions and developmental delays affecting movement and function. Design and execute personalised therapy plans.
• Family Education & Training: Guide and educate families on exercises and activities that support the child's development at home.
• Progress Monitoring: Track, document, and adjust therapy plans based on the child's progress. Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Availability: Immediate joiners (within 15 days) and local or nearby candidates will be given preference.

Requirements:

1. Mandatory experience with autistic children

2. Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy & developmental disabilities

3. Ability to design and adapt individual therapy plans
