Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of children's physical, sensory, and developmental challenges using observation, parent reports, and standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve self-care, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Provide therapy using techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document patient records accurately.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support therapy goals at home and school.
• Stay updated on the latest research, treatments, and best practices in occupational therapy.
• Train and mentor new team members and support staff as needed.
• Must Have prior experience in Pediatric
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
