Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ophthalmic Surgeon to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating eye diseases and performing surgical procedures to improve or preserve vision. This role requires excellent clinical knowledge, precision in surgical techniques, and a patient-centred approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures such as cataract extraction, glaucoma surgeries, and other ophthalmic operations.

• Conduct detailed eye examinations using specialised instruments and diagnostic equipment.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with ocular conditions.

• Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive eye care.

• Provide post-operative care and monitor patients’ recovery progress.

• Educate patients about eye health, preventive care, and treatment options.

• Experience with advanced surgical tools and techniques (e.g., phacoemulsification, laser-assisted surgery).

• Immediate - 15 Days Joiner required

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS and completion of a recognised residency in Ophthalmology.)

•  Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.

• Valid medical license to practice in India, /Uttar Pradesh.

•  Proven experience in performing ophthalmic surgeries.

•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to continuous professional development.
