Role Overview:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and project execution.

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN).

• Design and manage databases, particularly MongoDB and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and scalability.

• Build robust, secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Nest.js and integrate them efficiently with front-end applications.

• Optimize applications for high performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues efficiently.

• Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

• Proficiency in Nest.js for back-end development.

• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (query optimization, indexing, replication).

• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

• Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
