Job Type: Full Time, 5 Days Working

​Roles and Responsibilities:

​​• Troubleshoot card-level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers and other accessories

• Review and assess hardware faults in PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to identify the root cause of problems.  

• Repair and replace faulty components, including microchips, circuit boards, and other hardware parts.  

• Test and validate repaired devices to ensure proper functionality.

• Perform data backup and recovery procedures as needed during the repair process.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed.

• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and repair techniques in the IT hardware industry.

• Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving hardware-related issues.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards while handling sensitive equipment.

• Finding Faults, Repairing Or Replacing Necessary Equipment

• Conducting Full Tests Of The System, Making Sure The System Is In Full Working Order

​​• Skills: Knowledge of Laptop / Desktop Troubleshoot and repair

• Must have: Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation / Computer Hardware and Networking

• Able to open the laptop and replace the faulty parts

• Good Communications Skills
