We are Hiring: HR Executive(F)


Job Location: Daryaganj, Delhi

Qualification: Graduate 

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: up to INR 30,000/-

Interview Mode: Telephonic + Face-to-Face


Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of human resource functions within the organisation, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role involves close collaboration with senior management to design and implement HR strategies and practices that align with organisational goals.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

• Manage all core HR operations and ensure the effective execution of HR policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable labour laws and employment regulations.


Talent Acquisition:

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.

• Prepare job descriptions, post openings across relevant platforms, and manage the applicant tracking system.

• Conduct interviews, coordinate background/reference checks, and facilitate job offers.

• Ensure adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards and hiring regulations.


Employee Relations:

• Promote a healthy and positive work environment through proactive employee engagement and conflict resolution.

• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

• Develop and enforce policies on employee behaviour, ethics, and disciplinary protocols.

• Lead performance review processes and support management with coaching and feedback delivery.
