Job Location: Ghaziabad(Near Hapur Mod, GT Road)

Experience: 4-5 Years in export sales or international marketing

Industry: Manufacturer

Salary: up to INR 50,000/-

Qualification: MBA

Preferred Industries: Engineering goods / Electrical products, or FMCG export preferred

Job Purpose:

To drive export sales growth by identifying new international markets, developing relationships with global clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of export operations in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activity in global regions.

• Manage existing overseas customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with international clients.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment and delivery.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote products.

• Forecast sales volumes and prepare annual export budgets and targets.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of international sales and export documentation

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Understanding of INCOTERMS, shipping procedures, and international trade laws

• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
