We are Hiring an Export Manager

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Department: International Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: 5–6 years in export sales (preferably in the generator or industrial equipment field).

Industry: Genset Industries

Salary: up to INR 45,000/-

Qualification: MBA in International Business / B.Tech

Job Purpose: Lead and manage export operations of diesel generators, drive international sales growth, and ensure smooth execution of shipments and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute export sales strategies for diesel generators.

2. Identify and build partnerships with international dealers and clients.

3. Handle inquiries, negotiations, and order finalisation with overseas customers.

4​. Coordinate production, logistics, and on-time shipments globally.

5. Prepare export documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, COO, etc.

6. Stay updated with global trade regulations & certification standards

7​. Work with logistics partners, shipping lines, and CHA for export clearance.

8. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

9. Participate in international trade fairs and B2B Events

10. Customise generator solutions based on country-specific needs.

11. Submit regular sales reports and market development updates.

12. Export documentation & INCO terms

13. Trade finance (LCs, Advance Payments)

14. DGFT & government export schemes (e.g., RODTEP, MEIS)
