About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expansion initiatives for our retail chain of clinics. This role combines sales leadership with clinic expansion support—ensuring strong patient footfall, strategic partnerships, and successful scale-up across new and existing locations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for all clinics.

• Develop strategies to increase patient walk-ins and service uptake.

• Monitor revenue performance across clinics and implement corrective actions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, RWAs, schools, gyms, and community groups.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels.

• Execute marketing and outreach programs to promote clinic services.

• Coordinate with Clinic Managers, front desk teams, and medical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Track performance metrics: patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct periodic clinic visits to ensure adherence to brand standards.

• Work with the marketing team to plan local campaigns, events, camps, and digital initiatives.

• Ensure timely execution of marketing activities at the clinic level.

• Analyse campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.

• Lead and motivate sales executives/patient relationship teams across clinic locations.

• Conduct training sessions on sales skills, communication, and product knowledge.

• Track productivity and ensure target achievement.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance insights.

• Use data analytics to forecast demand, identify gaps, and drive decisions.
